When working with youth who have been impacted by trauma, the caregiving context is a critical component of intervention. Many caregivers are parenting in a stressful context that may include past adversity as well as current ongoing stressors. This workshop focuses on the impact of stress and adversity on parent-child attachment and specific strategies for supporting caregiver regulation.
