Creating healthy and healing environments in behavioral health services for children as well as adults requires a thorough understanding of trauma, the effects of early childhood exposure to toxic and chronic stress and, most importantly, how to build people build resilience in the face of adversity. Presented by Dr. James Rodriguez, a Senior Research Scientist and the Director of Practice Innovation and Community Outreach at the McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research.
