PEER SUPPORT GROUPS

The Joseph P. Dwyer Veterans Peer Support Project provides Veteran-led peer support groups at sites across Suffolk County. All meetings are confidential and anonymous, registration is not required, and we do not require any documentation.

Mondays

• 6pm at Liberty Village in Amityville: 600 Albany Avenue
• 6pm Womens MST Group: On Zoom!

Wednesdays

• 12pm at Liberty Landing in Lake Ronkonkoma: 58 Portion Road
  • Group meets in person on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month! 

Thursdays

• 10am at Rose Caracappa Senior Center in Mt Sinai, 739 Route 25A
  • For Seniors 60 and over
  • Meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month

Fridays

• 5pm at Liberty Station in Port Jefferson Station: 1599 Route 112
  • Group meets in person on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month! 

Saturdays

• Women Veterans Group:
  • Every 1st and 3rd Saturday 11:30am to 12:30pm
  • New Moms:
    • Every 2nd & 4th Saturday 11:30am to 12:30pm
