SUMMARY:Psychotherapy with Adult Survivors of Childhood Trauma
DESCRIPTION:This workshop will focus on the impact of attachment trauma on the adult survivor. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the structural\, emotional\, and cognitive developmental derailments resulting from childhood/attachment trauma and how this is manifested in the therapeutic relationship. Presenter: Dean Scher\, PhD\, ACSW\, has worked in human services for over 45 years and most recently served as the CEO of Catholic Charities of Orange\, Sullivan\, and Ulster. \n
